The interview was okay overall, but it could be intimidating at some moments. Their faces looked serious, and they even argued with me about my experience. There was no test or exercise, but they asked me to solve the work problems they assumed. Surprisingly, I got the offer. I was excited. However, here comes the warning: Their salary offer is extremely LOW!! It is almost like a high school graduate's salary, and this position requires a doctoral or MPH degree. I was stunned they could even offer such low salary in Boston. They did not mention anything about the salary until they offered me the position. If I had known they offered such low salary, I would not have even bothered to apply.
