Entrevista
A common interview made with HR personnel, group manager and manager of the unit. I talked about my school,projects,related experince and they asked questions about these details. Managers asked technical questions about my past experince. I answered most of the questions and could not answer a few ones. Manager also asked how can I contribute to the team and gave details about the job in detail.
The interview process included an initial screening discussion, followed by one or more interviews focusing on general technical knowledge, problem solving, and past experience. The final stage involved broader discussions around teamwork, communication, and overall fit.
This is a casual conversation with a recruiter. They check your background, your salary expectations, and your basic English skills. They want to see if you are a good match for the company's culture
