Interview was laid back. I met with the Director of IT Audit and we discuss past work experience and spent a lot of time discussing BBVA Compass and the department. We discussed the job position requirements, benefits of the company, and travel required for the position. Spent some time discussing the structure of BBVA, since it is owned by BBVA in Spain. Furthermore, we discussed the other countries BBVA was position. The director also discussed our reporting structure and how Internal Audit report up to Spain's Internal Audit.
