There’s a technical test and then a behavioral interview. The interview provides the questions a day before. And there is a panel of 3 people. A little intimidating having 3 people for an entry level position.

This was a video call interview. Multiple differant people on call. Questions given ahead of time to be answered in star format. I prepped ahead of time and had notes. Interviewees with past government positions have an advantage with extra points. Hiring is based on points system. I was not a previous gov employee. No offer but added to short list, another job offered but I declined due to the wage
