situational questions with three person panel, hr adviser was not prepared and was not professional, panel was pleasant, process was long with no communication from HR, must use star formula in response situation, task, action, results
Not sure if this was a joke, applied in April 2024, got contacted in Sept 2024 to do an written assignment. 3 weeks later got a HR letter saying NO candidates were suitable and entire competition is cancelled. What in the wild heck is going on? It's given archaic dinosaur don't know what they want vibes.

Entrevista
Panel based. Three interviewees. HR woman was very rude and uninterested throughout the process and caught her giggling on her own. One other female manager was pretty rude as well. On top of this they started the interview 45 mins late and zero apologies given. Shameful to think this is our public service.
