There is a two part interview proces. Depending on the role. This role was two part
1. Question provided to selected candidate to answer in STAR format (behavioural question)
2. If selected --> Actual interview with panel (2 behavioural competency based question and then a 1 surprise question) using a STAR approach. They look for a first point of view answers such as "I contributed to the team...I initiatied etc.,"
