Then two more mangers interviewed me and then made an offer sight unseen based on my phone calls and credentials pending a drug test, which I passed.

Hiring process was quick. They approached me. Flew me to Salt Lake City for an interview and offered me the job while I was there. The company has tripled in size since then. I'm not sure how much different it is now. This is not the type of Job for beginning engineers, there just isn't a robust enough technical support network to hold someone's hand as they come up to speed. You've got to be able to hit the ground running.
