Could not have asked for a smoother interview process. In the weeks leading up to the day of my interview, I was in email contact with the HR rep for the company, who was a great help through the initial process. On the day of my interview, I talked with 3 people, beginning with the Safety Lead, followed by a phone conversation with HR, and wrapping up with the Operations Lead because the VP was on travel. All 3 made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire interview, which fits right in with everything I've heard about the reputation of the work environment at BCI. The interview from beginning to end lasted approximately 2-2.5 hours. Couldn't be happier with how everything played out, and really look forward to joining the team at BCI!
