I was flown on-site on two separate occasions. The timeline from first contact to final interview (which was a presentation) was about four-five months. They proceeded to drag their feet in telling me the results of the interviews, which lasted another two months until they finally told me I should look elsewhere. Such a shame. But I did find a great job elsewhere :)
