Speak to HR about a brief position, then go over in depth with members of the team. Not all are related to the specific role, but other roles do work with the current one. There were a few nice members on the panel, but some can be very intimidating and rude. Overall, it was a neutral experience and I feel like they expect way too much from you. They only focus on specific types of products, so the growth period can be very tough.
