The initial interview process with the recruiter (phone interview) went well. It was a lot more intensive that I thought a phone screening would be, but it went just fine. I proceeded to the next round - an interview with a senior director. She told me to get an internship, and that they didn't take candidates without extensive experience, even at entry-level. Ridiculous. She stopped me halfway before the interview really even went into full swing, and ended the call early. I did not even get a chance to show my skills or argue my case.
