Chill and very smooth. More like a discussion and it is way better than the conventional way of interview where we need to be asked and interrogate by the company as if we are begging for the job. The company need a resource and we have what they need, the way they explain their expectations and shared what we going to expect are the most crucial part I guess. Thumbs up ! The one who hired me and interviewed me has left BD due to better offer, it was 4 years back, so this is just my experience last time. The job position is a junior level, so no pressure to them I guess.

Overall was good with the detailed explanation of job scope. A little of accounting entry test which relevant to the job task. Two way communication/interaction with interviewer. Interview ended with positive feedback
