Initial HR phone interview to review position and schedule in-person within the week. In person, one-on-one interviews with at least 3 members of the department and 2 cross-functional department staff.

The recruiter warned me upfront that the interview process and take a few months. I was first contacted in March and had 4 rounds of interviews including panel interviews in May. I was offered the position two weeks after my last interview.
