First received a call from an HR representative to ask about conducting a pre-screen with the Engineering manager and an associate from the R&D department. After passing the pre-screen, an interview was scheduled on campus with the two associates. Very relaxed environment, asked me to rate on a scale of 1-10 where my skills in a few areas of CAD were.

I had an interview with the lead R&D engineer when the interview was supposed to be a screening. It was very conversational and not too rigid. Questions were fairly standard.
