No feedback or follow ups, good interview.
I managed to get an interview, they guaranteed feedback after a week. No answers to my follow up emails. I received the rejection email before hearing back from the hiring team.
Not a great experience.
The process was structured and took a few weeks, starting with a brief HR screening call focused on my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a first-round interview with a hiring manager that combined behavioral questions with some technical discussion around financial analysis and lending concepts.
Had a phone call with reporting manager, HR, completed personality tests, had lunch with reporting manager, panel interview with case study, final stage was an interview with regional manager overall the whole process took over 3 months, everyone seemed very friendly throughout and I felt very comfortable, quite surprised I was not offered the job. They very very respectful of peoples holidays and it appeared to be a perfect storm of vacations but quite a drug out process.
In person. They required completion of a case study - given 48 hours to complete a financial memo. 20 minute presentation, 20 minute on-the-spot case study, 20 minute discussion. Interviewers were warm and pretty relaxed, did not feel intimidating.
