My interview was supposed to be 30 minutes via Teams with two managers however as soon as they joined the call, the entire tone was set and it was not welcoming at all. The energy was very off putting and felt almost discriminatory. Needless to say it lasted 10 minutes at most and the managers seemed very uninterested from the beginning once I appeared on the screen. Never asked one thing about my experience or resume. Had I not asked questions about the company and what the team “looked like” I would not have had any idea about how the collections department operated.
