Applied through a friend, was asked to attend an online interview, it was for about 45 mins and had two people from the company during the interview,
It was fairly straightforward with common question as I was applying for a graduate position.
As BDO's video interview is strengths-based, expect questions that will get you to explain how you'd react under certain circumstances. The interview process is facilitated by on campus recruiters. It was really good and i felt enlighted after it making it less stressful as i already was . I really wish i get through this time as it will be my first career opportunity
