I arrived for an interview and had to wait because Walt wasn't even there. As soon as he walked though the door, the secretary immediately jumped up and made him a glass of water like she was trained to do so (very weird). The interview started off great and quickly went south when he told me he expected me to move to Fairhope (I live in Mobile) because he didn't want any of his employees commuting across the bay to work. When I explained I wouldn't have any issues commuting, we just bought a house in Mobile, and my wife was taking classes at South, he quickly stated that I was the breadwinner and my wife should commute to school. He then proceeded to talk about the job description and all the responsibility, travel, long hours, but then offered me the lowest salary that I have ever heard of for a position like that. Bottom line, the guy thinks he is God's gift. He is rude, sexist, and inconsiderate. I am very happy to have declined that position immediately. He's lucky I didn't walk out in the middle of the interview.
