You get interviewed, if you pass interview then they let you know when training starts. And you first get interviewed at careerbox and thereafter, you are scheduled to be interviewed by the prospect company’s operations manager if they’re not available on that day.

Entrevista
There were two interview rounds. The first one was with the team lead where he discussed the job role and duties and found out my interests. After that, I was handed over a home-based task where I was supposed to do an analysis of the dataset provided and recommend strategies. After task submission, I was called for the final round interview and this was in person. This was more sort of presentation with questions and answers related to my analysis and stuff. There were three interviewers in total so obviously everyone had a bit different perspective on the dataset that I did work on.
Overall the experience was good but one thing I was not sure of till the end that what kind of experience they were looking for.

Entrevista
The interview went smoothly, and the interviewer was very professional and friendly. The process felt more like a conversation about the role than anything else. I was offered the role and accepted, was given a rough start date, and told to wait for official confirmation. Weeks went by and despite calling and emailing I received nothing back until the 'start day' asking where I was, by this time I had already found, and started another job.
