The interview process was normal for a big company. I had a phone interview with a talent acquisition partner first. That went great and lead to an hour long interview with the manager of the AP department. She and I had a great conversation and I was fairly certain I had had the job. I sent 2 follow up emails before getting 2 responses that were kind of strange. The first was from the Talent Acquisition partner stating basically that I had not gotten the job, then another email an hour later from the manager that I interviewed with that said that she had not made her decision yet and she would reach out to me when she did. I emailed both of them back asking for clarity and have never gotten a response. For such a big and professional company, this was not handled very well. I am very disappointed.
