The 1st round of interviews was attended by the country operation manager and two service managers. The hiring managers were okay with waiting for 5 weeks for this scheduled interview as I was away. It took around 50 minutes. It is informed that the role requires one to be on standby on call and attend customer calls anytime for 7 days monthly.
