I basically went in, then I was asked a little bit about myself, then I was given a tour and offered the job. I’m not sure if this was normal procedures or if they just really needed to hire somebody.

In person visit. Watch what employees do for a couple of hours. Not paid. Ends with a talk with the manager. Talk can be long. Makes sure you’re a morning person.
