Short phone-interview with HR, then interview with the department manager. It was a weird interview, he didn't focus on any competency based questions or ask me to provide any examples. He mostly questioned why I would leave my current company. I didn't get any feedback or even a call, they just emailed me that they weren't moving forward with the application.
