Best piece of advice I've ever been told by an interviewer: Be yourself. It was very casual and moved very fast paced: "If we were to extend you an offer today, would you consider it?"

3rd round: Director
All the interviewers were very friendly and kept the interview low pressure. Did not end up getting the job. Only gripe is I wish the recruiter was a bit more responsive.
