I applied directly through their website. Got call after 1 week for initial talk with recruiter. He was super excited and also talked about another sr. staff position as well which I could fit in. He explained the whole procedure to me in detail about different interview rounds. I prepared really hard for the first round with the manager which was very basic and just rotated around resume and my experience. He did ask some technical questions and I aced those. But after this first initial round, no further communication and I saw both the positions got closed without any communication or feedback. I feel the positions were just a hoax for a filing a green card for individuals (It shows USCIS that there is no talent in USA thus they want to file a green card for an individuals). Very very disappointed with the whole process.
