Applied on the BIPB Website. Got an email asking when I would be available for a telephone interview. The telephone interview was quite informal, was asked questions on why and what do you know about the business intelligence industry and the company itself. I got called back for an assessment center which was split into three sessions 1.Numerical and Logical tests. 2.Group exercises 3.One on One interview-Competency based. Overall a brilliant experience, a very friendly company.
