Overall pretty straightforward. They took a little time to go over the company and some of the work, and then went over my resume. No spotlight with on the spot questions.

Initial interview was a phone screening with a company recruiter. Later I was contacted for an in-person interview and met with program lead and two technical leads. Afterwards I was asked to take an online skills assessment--using a site that also has practice tests. Finally, there was a follow-up interview where we reviewed the assessment results.
