You fill out an online application and as part of that process you have to take and pass a grammar skills test. You will then be give a set of rules and guidelines for a sample of your writing skill. After you submit that, you may be contacted if your submission met the guidelines for a second submission with further instructions.

You take a series of assessments to evaluate your English grammar proficiency. If you pass, you continue onto the next. Someone will contact you directly if you pass all assessments and they feel you'd make a good fit.

The first step involved an online grammar quiz followed by submission of a sample article. A content manager provided a list of possible article topics with parameters for the article provided.
