I attended a recruiting event of theirs and gave my resume to the recruiter, that same night I got an email with instruction for a one way video interview. I completed the interview the following day and within 36 hours was told I got into the final round of interviews. The final interviews was in person at their office and I met with a manager and a partner. The interview was very conversational and easy going. I got an offer from the firm 5 days after the interview.
