I had an on-campus one-on-one interview that was very informal. They walked through my resume asking me to expand on certain lines. Later that week I was invited to a more formal interview at their Little Rock office. In the information they sent, they included a dress code, which I thought was rather odd. They paid for a nice hotel stay because I wasn't from the area. The night before interviews was a meet and greet with newly hired associates where we had the ability to ask questions about work-life balance, interview tips, etc. It was a fun night. The next day started with a breakfast and presentation, then a first one-on-one interview with a partner/manager at an office you weren't applying to work at, and then another presentation, and then an interview with the partner/manager at the office you were applying for. These were also pretty informal. They asked me what kind of person I am rather than what skills I had to bring forward. The day concluded with lunch at a restaurant in the building.
