Fiz uma entrevista na empresa BLUE Communications.

The process was very unorganised and the interviewer didn’t try to engage in the communication! The person seem to be lacking the essential interviewing skills and the call had a lot of quite moments. I , as a candidate, had to try to build the conversation and get the person to ask me the questions. It was probably one of the worst interviews I experienced in my 20 years of career.
