I applied via referral and I was scheduled interview. I was communicated as technical round, but the interview totally went on the what I've worked in my previous experience. I've explained in brief so that we would move to technical area like problems or concepts. It appeared that neither of us are satisfied with how it went. I wish it would have been better if communicated about what's expected.

Appeared for online test. Then F2F rounds. Had 4 technical rounds, one technomanager round. And after few days one architect round n lastly HR round. After that no updates from HR. Followed up for same after which HR asked to send list of documents. Again no reply from hr after submitting documents. The entire process took 2 months and in the end after followup hr told that experience doesn't match the requirement. Such a disappointment.  It was a good experience about interview process, all the interviews n HR were good but the reason they gave for denial of offer is not professional. Because if experience doesn't match the requirement it should have been noticed during interview and there was no need of asking for the documents.
