Terrible Sales leader interview I fear us reflective of overall culture.
1:1 interview. Sales leader was late, very arrogant and believed in a one directional sales approach. This org is not for an experienced consultative sales person who strives on excellence over micro management.
The recruitment team were very pushy to have me meet the sales manager. I was asked to complete an online assessment in advance which they said would take 30mins. It's a trick! It takes approx 1hour and needs good attention.
In 1:1 interview your results will be shared. My interviewer was really judgemental and curt about the rationale behind my responses which upon reflection was a big warning sign. A difference of opinion is not always a bad thing if you end up at the same result it's just a different perspective.
The sales lead represented an old school cold calling sales mentality which in software sales is not always the best approach.
I found him to be very arrogant about his working practices which reflected a non inclusive working culture.
I feel they have a culture of pushing for the number and ignoring the person. I declined to return to the interview process and asked to be removed.

Entrevista
It was a 4 step process. HR and gate keeper are phone screenings. Then 2 on site visits with hiring mngr and VP. Presentation to hiring mngr was the final step.
