after three telephonic interview then they fixed an a face to face interview which was just an formality.
then the offer letter is realeased which was later changed after negotiation
HR person was good.
documentation was very easy , they didn't asked a lot of documents.

Through head hunter agency. And on the phone, 3 times, never in person. lots of questions with regard to the position, and industry. Company headquarters in Houston Texas. Many worldwide locations with many supporting staff within India.
