It was a multi stage hiring process with phone/1:1/group/panel interview in the course of about three months. All in all a very pleasant interview atmosphere with relevant skillset questions tailored to my own experience and the role at hand.

I was scheduled for a screening call but the recruiter sent an email asking to reschedule 5 min AFTER the interview start time. I rescheduled and although our meeting was confirmed, she ghosted me the day of. no follow up or update sent. it was disappointing especially since i had to request time off for work twice and spent alot of time prepping.
