Most of these roles are hired through an Agency. The first interview was conducted by the Agency. The second interview was conducted by the hiring managers. There normally is a third interview, but I got lucky because they needed someone in there right away.

Detailed questions regarding previous work history. Scenario based questions. Questions that demonstrate ability to problem solve and think out side of the box. Discretion is vital, try to show situations where you were discrete.
It was very complicated with several non required steps. It was included a minimum of four stages with different people where everyone asking the same questions over and over. Questions were very standard and I felt they were reading them online and only searched before the interview

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 3 stages: an initial call with the recruiter, a meeting with the team and finally, a call with the executive who I'd be assisting. The interview questions weren't too difficult, it was mainly about discussing my previous experiences and how would I act in certain situations. Everyone was really nice and I felt excited to interview. They clearly explained the next steps and when to expect to hear from them. Until... when the last deadline passed, I got ghosted. Nobody from the team would reply to my follow-ups and about a month after the so-said deadline I received a template rejection from the recruiter. I was genuinely shocked by how it was handled after spending a couple of hours on 3 different calls, especially by such a reputable company as BMO. I would not recommend it.

Entrevista
Great experience with the recruiter. Fast friendly and a helpful person. I did not get the job but was contacted for another position. Easy going and felt welcomed. Long process with 3 interviews but it's a bank.
