Very poor. I was told the day of the team building day that they would not follow through, even though I got in as I was not in the country. They let me know that there was even a team building day 2 days before when the email I had recieved months ago was a different date which I had worked around.

Entrevista
Took part in recruitment scheme during lockdown so it was not a standard recruitment process. However, the process was moved online for which I was given numerous tasks. These include a group exercise, via a zoom call, for which we had a discussion on a variety of subjects, this was difficult as we could not coordinate who was speaking next. I also had to create a shape using copper wire and tools which I received in the post. I had to create a presentation on combustion engines and how they work from start to the beginning, this then had to be presented at the final interview stage. The interview stage was very relaxed and the interviewers were very nice.
