Pretty average. The team lead managed the interview, and seemed more interested in just filling the role than actually assessing whether my experience aligned with the role. It was very straightforward, nothing special or difficult. No case study, only one call.

1. Submit Resume (through CFN or LinkedIn) 2. In-person interview with HR (15 mins) - Japanese 3. Interview with XX Division Manager (30mins) - English (depends on which department) 4. Results sent via email (a week after the final interview)
