Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BMW Manufacturing (Spartanburg, SC) em dez. de 2011
Entrevista
I applied online on the website. First was a phone interview with HR, then I was flown to the plant for interview day. A large group of students were given tours and lunch and we had the interviews in a large open area full of tables up on the mezzanine. I interviewed for 5 different co-op positions, and then had to rank them from most desirable to least. Said my goodbyes and waited for response. Most of the interviews were a "panel" of 2 or 3 people interviewing me.

None - interview was very relaxed, they mostly just asked me questions about my resume.

Interview was fairly easy and non-technical. Interviewed directly by the manager I would be working under, and it was just behavioral questions about myself. Seems like if your resume speaks for itself, all you have to worry about is giving off a decent impression in the interview.

Q. Will you be able to keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
The interview process took about a month. The on site interview (Spartanburg) had several sessions that all tested your behavior in situational settings. They also ask normal interview questions and give you a plant tour. You interview with different managers in different departments to test your technical and behavioral skills. They are very good with communicating back and being responsive to your questions and concerns. They notified me of my status about a week after the on site interview.
