I got this interview after having applied to another position, which had already been taken. It was to market products developed on the trading floor to brokers and BNP consumers. First I passed a logic test, multiple choice, of which I couldn't answer one question (I had two possible answers where one was required). There was then another test where you had to find funky names for new financial products... Then, met with the HR who had one look at my CV and said "why did you apply?" I didn't... SO, I said I just wanted some experience, she said yea right...

Many short interviews, including with some people who had nothing to do with the job. It was very frustrating and I did not like the process. They should have fewer, more relevant interviews.
