Got a call from staffing agency, attended first 2 rounds on Saturday. 1st round was technical with questions from core Java and frameworks. It was me design oriented and second was kind of tech lead round and concentrated on problem solution approach.
One of the coolest interview process I have ever attended.
I was called for Manger round on Tuesday and it was more projects worked on and design. Normal questions why bnp and why change and Hr round sack same day
Process was good as they had conducted face to face interview. They mostly ask scenario based questions where they check ability of the candidate when facing these kind of scenarios.
