It was friendly, a day for the assessment.
Two sections.
First we had a quick task, then a group task and we present our solutions.
Then you’d get a mail if you passed that stage to a final round interview (one on one) that same day.
Then final interview was okay. Behavioural question and one technical question

After online applications was invited to an assessment centre for global markets.
There were 20 people in total and we started with a group exercise which was an ice-breaker. We then had a maths test (no caulculator), in future I would advise candidates to know some corporate finance formulas and be prepared for the test generally. We then had a case study, where we had a group presentation. Difficult to stand out.
