I shadowed the team I would be working with for about 30 or 40 minutes. During the shadowing part of the interview, I learned about their many databases and the details of the internship. I then had a 15 minute interview with the manager.

Entrevista
Very long, and spread out. Almost took three months for them to conduct three interviews. They were thorough and talked to you personally, it was not very intimidating. Talked to multiple different managers and Vice Presidents.
