Be prepared to be able to use similar situations in your previous employment that match high stress, safety sensitive practices, while also adding shift work experience and was not deemed an issue.

It was fairly easy. 1st interview is via hirevue. 2nd and final is panel with 3 managers and it last about 30 minutes. If you make it that far you pretty much have the job.
