Interview panel with 4 people. Each asking you different questions. Took a few days before I revived a call letting me know I was being considered for the position. Then the background process starts and it takes a few months.

Applied online which was the first step. About a week later was informed to come in for an interview which the process was more like an oral board with 3-4 people interviewing you at once. Overall good experience and very smooth process.

Entrevista
A panel interview and interviewed by different members of the panel. HR was great about making sure interviewee's was fair and each interviewed person was treated equal. Took about 2 weeks from the interview to find out results of the interview.
