Entrevista
Went to a job fair in the city. Spoke with a bunch of hiring departments about prospective jobs opening up in Pittsburgh. Interviews went well. Got a call/offer by the next week. Accepted the following week, The interview process was not too intense just asked about basic competencies and if any prior experience could be applied to the position. The people here are laid back, not too stressful with the working culture. No one is really there pushing you to be the best. Kind of have to do that on your own to stick out and get promotions. Best advice: Work as hard as you can, volunteer for any weekend projects or work, take a lot of online classes(do not just take classes dealing with your line of work), and network!!!!!

What are some of the basic skills you can apply to this line of work?
Interview turned up on site actually went quite well. Was one on one, went quite smoothly. Interviewer was really polite and I honestly thought I am in for a chance here to get the job.
I got ghosted after two weeks. Absolute radio silence.

Entrevista
Phone interview with HR who just ask a few motivational questions. They call unscheduled. Then a competency/motivational interview with someone in the team. Afterwards, a case study interview where they talk through a scenario that is likely to occur in your business area. Mine was a graph that I had to talk about and identify the cost drivers and profit drivers. This was really difficult because you cannot prepare for it and the answer really lies in information that I think is quite difficult to know if you've never been in the industry.

What is the difference between organic growth and inorganic growth?
Interesting and there were a total of 3 rounds of interviews, asking basic questions as well as giving scenario based questions to ask. Overall process was a full day and it was quite interesting
