It was for a VP (business analyst role) position in Pune. It had three rounds: 1. Pre-screening 2. Technical 3. Final - interview with a VP (UK) It took almost 1.5 months to reach the final interview level. In the final interview, she only asked what I did and that is all and that's where all ended. Later on I got to know from the recruiting agency that my profile was not in sync with their requirement they had. Just think of it. They got to know that I am not the right guy for that particular project only after waiting for 1.5 months and after completing the pre-screening & technical rounds. Couldn’t they have done it in the pre-screening stage itself? It was really frustrating as the technical round went so well. @BNYM: I must say that was quite unprofessional from your side. Request you to get candidate profile checked by the senior management first before making them waste their time in going through the ordeal only to hear at the last moment that the management had something different in their requirements.
