Began with an on campus interview with a friendly hiring manager, purely behavioral questions. Follow-up interview day included 2 on site interviews. Both interviewers were personable recent college graduates. Interviews were partially technical and partially conversational. Just be friendly and confident and you'll fit into the type they're looking for.
