Recruiter e-mailed me and contacted me for phone interview. Interviewer was very nice but asked a few questions that threw me off. However, the interview itself consisted generally of behavior and leadership style questions which made it pretty straightforward and not too hard. If I were to give you the best advice, know about the corporate culture of BNY Mellon and why you fit their environment because if you do, you have an excellent job of being hired.
