They put me through 3 states of interviews. I spent overall 3 weeks on it, and there was a lot of preparation and stuff to write down beforehand. Plus all the behavioural tests. They told me they loved me and they want me, so I accepted the position. But then, they weren't sending me the contract. So I kept calling. They kept assuring me I am as good as hired, and not to take any other jobs or look for any. Then, after 3 WEEKS from them offering me the position, they say that they actually never had the funding approved for a new employee and took the offer back. Meanwhile, I wasted other good job offers because I wanted to work for them. They are not treating people seriously.
